I have spent more than twenty years working in communication, product, digital projects and company management.
I founded Nömad in 2013. Since 2019 I have been working on a transformation that began by reviewing tools, information, project management and client relationships. Part of the knowledge gathered over those years later became a product and a SaaS. The arrival of artificial intelligence and agents has opened a new stage that affects both the product and the company itself.
That path led me to study a business difference that will become more and more visible. A company created today can build artificial intelligence in from day one and decide how it sells, serves, analyses information and carries out work without inheriting the previous structure. A company that already exists must change while it keeps customers, team, revenue and responsibilities.
I use the term business hyper-optimisation to talk about reviewing work, information, decisions and accountability when people, automations and agents share the operation.
My main keynote, The last org chart, is aimed at business owners, CEOs and leadership teams. It explains how competition between small companies can change and proposes a concrete way to start reviewing the company.
In the first person
In 2019 we started reviewing how Nömad worked on the inside. We sorted out information, changed ways of working and turned part of what we learned into a product and a SaaS. The arrival of artificial intelligence has forced us to look at the company again.
I write and speak about that transition: how a small company with existing customers, team and obligations can change; what advantage a company born today with AI built in will have; and which decisions still belong to people when part of the work moves to automations and agents.
